On 1 February 2021, André Nuytinck, Professor of Civil Law at Erasmus School of Law, has published the eighth edition of his Dutch study book on Law of Persons, Family Law, Relationship Property Law and Inheritance Law.
The study book ‘Personen- en familierecht, relatievermogensrecht en erfrecht’ is part of the Study Series Civil Law from Wolters Kluwer. This first part of the series provides students and professionals with an overview of the legal areas mentioned in the title. What is unique about the study book is that it provides insight into the mutual cohesion and cross-connections between these areas. The book is therefore very suitable as a handbook.
Completely new in this eighth edition are the passages on surrogacy and sharing custody. Besides, a great amount of current literature and case law has been incorporated into this new edition.
