On 8 March 2021, a webinar on EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment (CAI) in Context was successfully held online.
The webinar focused on the areas of convergence and divergence as well as the investor-state dispute resolution aspects of the recently concluded CAI.
The webinar was co-organized by Queen Mary University of London and City University of Hong Kong, as a part of the activities of the Jean Monnet Network EUPLANT: EU-China Legal and Judicial Cooperation.
