Last 10 and 11 November, Erasmus School of Law and the Faculty of Law of the University of Groningen hosted a conference on the Law and Political Economy (LPE) of Business and Human Rights (BHR).
The conference, which mainly gravitated around private and corporate power, brought together the discourses of LPE and BHR in the belief that cross-fertilization is a welcome development. Moreover, the methodological insights of LPE may also contribute to the normative agenda of BHR.
The event occurred over two days at Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam.
