This forum serves as a platform for discussing critical developments in energy and climate protection law. The event will feature two panels: Panel 1 will explore domestic and comparative perspectives on decarbonization, while Panel 2 will focus on European perspectives. The FCEEL promotes dialogue among experts on regulatory challenges and strategies surrounding innovative technologies aimed at achieving decarbonization goals across various legal frameworks.
