How to get to the conference hotel?

Taxi service will be organised for you on the day of arrival if you indicate that you need it during registration. The trip from the Station to the hotel takes about 40 minutes by car.

  • By train to Maastricht Station. You can check the available connections on the following website: https://www.ns.nl/en. The trip takes about 2h40 (with one connection). From Maastricht Station to the Conference Hotel: taxi service will be organised for you if needed (see above).
     
  • By car to the Conference Hotel: car rentals are possible directly at the airport. You can check directly on the website to book rentals in advance. The trip from the airport to the hotel takes about 3h by car.

  • By train to Maastricht Station. You can check the available connections on the following website: https://www.belgiantrain.be/en. The trip takes about 2h (with two connections). From Maastricht Station to the Conference Hotel: taxi service will be organized for you if needed (see above).
     
  • By car to the Conference Hotel: car rentals are possible directly at the airport. You can check directly on the website to book rentals in advance. The trip from the airport to the hotel takes about 1h40 by car.
