Introduction

We are looking for a professional service-oriented individual who has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment to join our Open & Customised Programmes team as Programme Manager (PM), full-time basis.

Job description

Programme Manager (PM) works within the Programme Management Department. PM reports to the Associate Director Open & Customised Programmes and works alongside other Programme Managers to ensure a smooth delivery of RSM programmes and a high quality learning experience for the participants, PM is the link between participants, faculty and various internal and external stakeholders and overlooks the overall success of a programme life cycle and customer journey at RSM BV.

Your daily activities and responsibilities include:

  •  Responsible for the overall participants' experience, satisfaction, and profitable financial performance of programmes within own portfolio.
  • Effectively manages the programme operations and the delivery of the educational programmes.
  • Execute the (academic) content of a portfolio of Open and Customised programmes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Plans, organizes and executes the logistics and administration of the programmes to the highest professional service standard
  • Manages all relevant relationships with faculty, lecturers, guest speakers, suppliers and other external stakeholders
  • Act as primary contact for the clients, participants and communicates with participants and faculty timely and professionally
  • Work closely on a daily basis in different team compositions with colleagues from the Programme Office, Programme Development, Client Engagement and Marketing and Sales.

Job requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following knowledge, expertise, or skills:

  • At least five years of working experience with coordination of (educational) Programmes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 365, knowledge of CANVAS or other learning platform desirable
  • Ability to take initiative and programme ownership
  • Ability to work independently and in a team (team player)
  • Organisational talent - efficient, accurate and ‘on top of things’
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard business hours
  • Focused on quality awareness
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to think critically to make timely decisions
