A festive year

The lustrum year ran from summer 2023 to the end of the academic year in summer 2024. The official launch of our 110th anniversary was the Opening Academic Year in the Laurenskerk. This was a year when we put extra emphasis on learning, discovery and celebration together.

The dies natalis was the real birthday of our university on 8 November 2023. But there were many more activities. Walks through the city, professors visiting primary schools to teach in togas and a special edition of EURvision, our very own song festival. It was a festive year!
