Presentation bingo

After an explanation, students think of what the most important terms from your story were and write them on a blank bingo card. You give a recap at the end of the lecture in which you discuss the most important parts. Which of the students has the first bingo?

The Time Saver

As a teacher, you can input all the information into AI and ask it to create a compelling story for a presentation bingo, including all the key terms. Below, you will find a prompt for this.

Prompt

I want to generate an engaging story in which all the given terms are integrated in a natural and coherent way. The presentation should be informative, interactive, and suitable for a bingo game

Here are the details:

  • Topic of the presentation/story: (E.g., sustainability, marketing strategies, medical innovations, etc.)
  • Target audience: (E.g., high school students, college students, professionals, etc.)
  • Desired tone: (E.g., lighthearted, serious, inspiring, humorous, etc.)
  • Key terms that should appear in the story: (List with key terms)
  • Preferred structure: (E.g., an anecdote, a problem-solving story, a case study, etc.)
  • Desired length: (E.g., 5-10 minutes speaking time)

The AI should generate a coherent story in which these terms are logically and smoothly integrated. The story must be suitable for presentation and may include interactive elements (e.g., question to the audience, examples, humor).

Additional options:

  • Would you like to include an element of surprise? (E.g., an unexpected twist or quiz question)
  • Would you like the AI to generate a short introduction and closing as well?

Example:

"I want a presentation on digital marketing for students. The tone should be lighthearted and interactive. Key terms: SEO, content marketing, conversion, target audience, call-to-action, algorithm. Structure: a story about a fictional startup that is going viral. Length: 7 minutes. Include a quiz question at the end."

See AI strategy 'The Time Saver’ for more information and a step-by-step plan on how to apply this in practice.
