Requirements

The following educational backgrounds grant access to this master’s programme:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tax Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law/Dutch Law obtained from another legal faculty in the Netherlands, without conditions. Another legal Bachelor’s degree obtained from a legal faculty in the Netherlands, subject to conditions.
  • A Bachelor's degree from Erasmus University College, majoring in Social and Behavioural Sciences, International Law Track, subject to conditions.
  • A Bachelor's degree from a University College, subject to conditions.
  • Completed HBO Law program plus a pre-master ESL (Erasmus School of Law) general program. 
  • A foreign legal Bachelor's or Master's degree, subject to conditions. This includes a program from the University of Curaçao or the University of Aruba, subject to conditions.

Additional requirements include having sufficient legal courses in the curriculum of the previous education.

Other completed Bachelor's or Master's programmes do not grant access to the Master Law and Technology
