The number of months depends on the number of members who are enrolled as students at EUR.

Faculty and other study associations
In June or July, the Executive Board allocates the number of months of student representative grant to each faculty according to the student numbers. The faculty dean indicates how these months of student representative grant will be allocated to the faculty organisations.
Student sport
Each year, the Executive Board sets the number of months of student representative grant made available to sports organisations, based on the number of sport cards. The Stichting Erasmus Sport board indicates how these months of student representative grant will be allocated to the student sports associations.
