Curriculum
During the first two years you'll follow a structured curriculum, ensuring a robust education in essential business areas. You’ll also be gaining practical experience by working with real companies in courses like the Strategic Business Plan.
The third year offers flexibility with options like international exchange, internships, or a minor in the first half, followed by six elective study tracks in the second half which you can choose from based on your interests.

At RSM, we strive to be a catalyst for global positive change. Throughout your three-year IBA, you'll be encouraged to critically examine the role of business in society, and devise innovative ways to address pressing international challenges.
International experience
Studying in a highly international environment is the best way to prepare for international business. That’s what you will find at RSM. In 2023, the IBA student cohort had over 60 nationalities in its intercultural classroom. So with your international classmates, you will be studying a curriculum designed by RSM to give you a global perspective on business.
