In my programme, I like the broad variety of courses, and applying the theoretical knowledge we learn during them to real-life business cases. I want to use my knowledge learned at RSM to make the world a little better. Courses like Responsible Business Leadership taught me that it is perfectly possible to have a successful business AND positively contribute to the environment and humanity.

The three-year BSc in International Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University is the ideal start to a career in international business or further studies abroad.

Our bachelor programme in International Business Administration (IBA) is one reason why Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) deserves its international profile and triple accreditation – and you can see this in our students.

The best way to prepare for international business is to join a highly international environment for your studies; for investment banking or for agricultural business in China. There are 60 nationalities in the intercultural classroom of Year 1 of the IBA. In fact, the IBA is the first programme to get the 'excellent' distinction for internationalisation from The Dutch-Flemish Accreditation Organisation.
