ESHCC International Fund Culture Studies

  • You have no study delay at the time of application;
  • You will not be receiving the Holland Scholarship; 
  • You are not eligible for the Erasmus+ grant, because: 
    o You will go on exchange/internship outside Europe (including Switzerland); 
    o You plan to go on exchange/internship for less than 3 months (min. of 2 months).

Gather the documents mentioned below: 

A study planning (with courses passed (= overview OSIRIS), the study schedule abroad (= letter of approved courses from the Examination Board) and courses to follow upon return); 

A detailed Financial Plan (use this template); 

A motivation letter (maximum 300 words, use this template) 

Provable efforts to raise other funding.

Selected students will receive the grant in two phases. 

  1. €750,- euros will be paid before you go on exchange - after you have handed in a form with your bank details (will be send to you after the results are known).
  2. €250,- euros will be paid after you have returned from the exchange. To receive the grant you have to send the following documents to exchange.hc@eshcc.eur.nl:
  • Claim for expense form (this will be sent to you by the International Office of ESHCC); 
  • Proof of the expenses that have been made (for example a copy of your plane ticket or rental agreement); 
  • A copy of the Transcript of Records; 
    o The transcript will be sent by the host university to your home address or to the International Officer of ESHCC; 
  • Your Exchange report.

Please note: You can apply for this grant once. This means that you can apply for this grant either in the bachelor’s phase or in the master’s phase for either exchange or internship or research.
