The Beadle’s Office (Bureau van de Pedel) is the point of contact for all matters relating to the valedictory ceremony. You can find the Beadle’s Office on the Woudestein complex, Erasmus Building (A).

The Beadle' s office will be available by phone only in the mornings from 22 December to 24 December 2025.
Due to Christmas, the office will be closed from 25 December 2025 until 4 January 2026.
We will be back on Monday 5 January 2026
