The study programme in a nutshell
The pre-master History is a highly intensive one-year programme, preparing you for one of the specialisations within our master History: Applied History or Global History and International Relations. During the pre-master, you will already choose one of these specialisations, which you will prepare for. The programme focuses on three elements: theory, academic skills, and research skills. After successful completion of the programme, you get direct access to the master specialisation you chose in your pre-master; you receive an offer to enrol in the master's programme.
