Our programme Beyond 25/25: Towards Inclusive Academia aims to support assistant and associate professors to overcome structural biases related to gender, nationality or migration/ethnic minority background in their career. The programme is now reaching its final phase.
Final confidential portfolio evaluations from an independent committee are coming in, giving participants feedback on their portfolio tested against criteria for promotion. Those with a ‘nearly ready for promotion’ advice will have the possibility of requesting some financial support to bridge the gap identified by the independent committee. In October, our closing event will take place, where we hope to see many of the almost 70 participants.
