That's the idea behind Aquablu. The company founded by alumni of Erasmus University Rotterdam produces a smart and compact water filter. By purifying water and then adding essential minerals, safe drinking water can be generated in almost all situations.
With this technology, founders Marnix Stokvis (alumnus Erasmus School of Economics) and Marc van Zuylen (alumnus Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University) want to contribute to the solution for the global shortage of drinking water. In addition to the filter, they will soon be launching a new tapping point, which will allow chilled and sparkling water to be tapped directly. With this development, Aquablu wants to make drinking tap water more attractive to large companies and institutions.
