This afternoon the EUR community was shocked by the news that a shooting incident took place at Charles University in Prague where people were killed and injured.
Erasmus University Rotterdam is deeply shocked by the events and sympathises intensely with the victims and their relatives. The event touches us extra deeply because of the tragic shooting incident at Erasmus MC just a few months ago that is still fresh in our minds.
Six EUR students who were present at this university are all safe and there is contact with them. There is also contact with other students of ours in Prague and with the students of this university who are with us.
