Education objectives
In the IM/CEMS programme, you will be educated to become a versatile, well-rounded business professional and responsible leader able to work in a variety of international organisational settings. Competency development is an integral part of education and so is the focus on sustainability and the social responsibility of companies.
Once you graduate you will have an internationally recognised dual qualification: an MSc in International Management degree from RSM in addition to the CEMS-MIM certificate, ranked among the top 10 in Financial Times Global Master in Management ranking.

Mode of education
Besides lectures, you will work in small groups on business cases and assignments. Please expect to be doing a lot of exercises in teams. Skills training, presentations, visiting lecturers and practitioners are all part of the curriculum. In order to graduate you will be trained in analytical and research skills and will have to write an individual thesis on a topic of your choice.
