PitchBook's particular strength is private market data. It provides info about startups, private equity and venture capital investors, angel investors, limited partners like foundations and sovereign wealth funds, associated deals and funding rounds.
The data is made available in the WRDS platform and will be available for the next 12 months (the subscription ends 1/11/2025). There is also additional data available for EUR researchers only. They can contact the EDSC for that.
