The University Library has three departments: Collection Management & Access, Library Research Support and Library Education Support. The library management team consists of the director and heads of these departments. Together, they set the direction of the Library.
The Library is located in the B Building on Woudestein campus. The building also houses the Rotterdamsch Leeskabinet (RLK). Both the RLK and the Library of the International Institute of Social Studies in The Hague are part of the library organization.
Faculty Liaisons working within the various departments are responsible for maintaining contact with the faculties and collection development. They also provide workshops in cooperation with the various Information Specialists of the library.
