Based on the ESSB's prior 'Well-being week', come and join one of our (free) student4student initiated workshops.
Learn various tips and tricks to help with your overall well-being given by your fellow peers. Each workshop, consisting of 10 – 15 people, will involve like-minded people sharing their experiences as well as your trained coaches providing you with practical hands-on advice and exercises to combat stress and anxiety. The workshops will all take 90 minutes and are for free. A mail will be sent to all workshop attendees with any further information on Friday October 4th.
