    Dr. Robin Bouwman studies how civil servants negotiate, the choices they make, and how final agreement is reached. He also studies behaviour and behavioural interventions in the public sector.

    Collaborating with other public and private parties is daily business for public organisations. My research focuses on the design and management of such partnerships so that public organisations and governments can create public value together with their partners. For example, how do contracting and the design of relationships between organisations affect the functioning of a collaboration?
