Internship opportunities
The practical internship is a compulsory part of the second year of the bachelor programme in public administration. For 10 weeks, students do an internship 4 days a week. In 2024, the internship period runs from January 9 through March 17.
How can our students help you?
Our public administration students possess a wide range of research skills (e.g. literature research, interviewing, introductory SPSS, policy advice) and are therefore broadly employable. We are looking for organisations in public administration or the public sector. The emphasis of the internship is mainly on cooperating in the organisation providing the internship: the student will preferably carry out tasks and activities that are part of the organisation's work. Students can, for example, participate in the development of a memorandum, a report, an annual report, a project or a presentation

Internship opportunities
In the second part of the master's programme, students are introduced to the professional field for the first time. An exciting experience that many students look forward to.
How can our students help you?
We have students in our master's from 9 majors and 20 nationalities and offer students the option of doing research and practical internships outside the university.
The internships found are also very diverse. Some students do their internship at the HR department of large multinationals, and other students experience diagnostics and treatment at a small GGZ institution. Students can do research within a university hospital on psychopathology among young people, but they can also look for a suitable research project outside the university.
It is particularly challenging for our clinical students and international students to find a practical internship.
Can you help our students find an internship?
Would you or your colleagues like to offer students an opportunity to get to know your work as a psychologist? We are constantly looking for trainee institutions that have supervisory positions for our master's students.
