- Two bachelor degrees in four years: ambitious students are able to speed up and finish within three years.
- 90 European credits in Philosophy: you will get the other 90 EC by taking courses at your complementary study.
- Highly flexible programme: most philosophy lectures are during the evening and we do not work with prerequisite courses, thus you are free to take up philosophy courses as they are scheduled
- If you start while still busy with your main degree (bachelor or master), there will be no additional costs.
A degree in philosophy is an excellent complement to any other degree. In the current age of uncertainty and rapidly advancing technologies, knowledge of philosophical problems and skills remain relevant. In this programme, you will learn to express arguments clearly and to think critically and creatively.
Guided by dedicated lecturers, you will delve into various philosophical topics, ranging from the philosophy of the Enlightenment to post-modern continental philosophy and from ethics to philosophy of science.
Philosophy has allowed me not only to analyze the theoretical framework for existential reorientation in current debates in medicine but also to formulate practical advices for doctors, scientists and other professionals.
Why do we live in a world where there is division and hatred? We all have different backgrounds, so why do we still judge before we get to know someone? Philosophy allowed me to acquire a deeper understanding of questions like these.
