We see a recognition of the importance of addressing and researching issues of diversity, (in)equality and inclusion among individuals, organizations and society. Prioritizing inclusivity not only aligns with individual and collective rights in our diverse, globalized world but also enhances work and living environments and benefits team and organizational performance. Diversity and inclusion are central themes in our research agenda, covering topics like citizenship, racism, migration, and economic inequality, often from a grassroots perspective. ERMeCHS is dedicated to expanding our expertise in this field, and applying it to areas like cultural policy, sports, journalism, and media culture.
