The partner university will inform you how you should register for courses. Sometimes you need to log into a system some months before your exchange, sometimes you need to physically present several days prior to the start of the term to register yourself.
It is common that the courses you chose before the start of your exchange are no longer offered when you get to the exchange destination. Course adjustments or timetable changes are common. Nothing to worry about when this happens, as long as you inform the Exchange Coordinator about the alternatives.
In case you are facing problems while registering for courses, make sure to contact the International Office at the host university immediately.
Non-EU Learning Agreements (students outside EU)
Update the Exchange Coordinator immediately when there are changes regarding the courses you were planning on taking. Please present the Exchange Coordinator with an updated Learning Agreement that contains all courses. Make sure that the final overview of courses includes correct course codes and corresponds with what will appear on your transcript.
Erasmus+ Learning Agreements
During your exchange, if any changes occur, you are supposed to communicate this through your Learning Agreement Part II, During the Mobility. In this table (please expand the table if necessary), you are required to indicate which courses of Part I you have dropped and which courses you have added. Please ensure that Part I and II together correspond with your transcript. It makes no difference to us whether the partner university or home university signs the document first (the partner might have a preference!), as long as the student submits a fully filled-out document that already contains his own signature.
Make sure that the final overview of courses includes correct course codes and corresponds with what will appear on your transcript.
