All applicants with an international diploma who apply for a (pre)master's degree programme at Erasmus School of Economics must pay an application fee of €100. Only when the application fee is processed can the application be assessed; without the payment, you may not continue with your application.
*Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. It will not be refunded regardless of the application outcome, if the application is incomplete, or if the applicant withdraws after payment.
How to pay
After registering in Studielink you will receive an email to access the EUR Admissions Portal to continue your application. In the Admissions Portal, you will be asked to complete the payment through the Erasmus Online Payment Service, the official payment platform of Erasmus University. You can pay the application fee of €100 by credit card (Mastercard, VISA), Maestro or iDEAL. After completing the payment, you will see a confirmation screen, which serves as your only confirmation. You may then continue with your application.
Problems with payment
If you are experiencing any problems with your payment via the Erasmus payment website, please contact us via our contact form and report the problem. Be sure to always mention your student ID number.
Exemptions
Exemption from the application fee is possible if you are applying through the Foundation for Refugee Students (UAF).
NB: The application fee is per application. If you intend to submit another application, you must pay this fee again. For example, if you apply for the MSc Economics and Business and the MSc Econometrics and Management Science, you must pay the application fee twice.
