Moreover, the challenge of a new job can diminish over the first couple of years. As a result, you have to make a career choice that is not always easy.
As it turns out, a lot of (young) alumni spend a lot of time on their jobs and have little time left to search for the right, new job. Moreover, in their working environment, it is often difficult to openly discuss their working ambition.
