EUR Holding BV has assigned an independent Complaints Committee. This Committee handles all written complaints of (alleged) undesirable behaviour, (alleged) cases of misconduct or (alleged) violations of scientific integrity, concerning EUR Holding BV, RSM BV, Erasmus Enterprise BV or their subsidiary companies.
Based on its research and findings, the Committee will advise the CEO of the relevant company on what measures to take in order to resolve complaints. Should a CEO be directly involved in the complaint (as complainant or subject of the complaint), then the Chair of the Supervisory Board of the relevant company will assume the duties of the CEO in the complaint procedure.
