"I was born with a physical disability. And I find it hard to filter sound, light and movement. Everything comes in at the same time. Because people can't see my disability, I've encountered a lot of lack of understanding in the past. At Erasmus University, however, I feel safe. I've really found where I belong.

As an HR support assistant for absenteeism, my job involves everything related to absenteeism, diary management and administration for the company doctors and the annual flu jab. My colleagues allow me to grow in my job, I can be myself, and occasionally they remind me to take things more easily. Here I'm just Christina, your colleague, and not a special case."
