Sustainability Minor

Few issues are more relevant for students than sustainability. Universities, however, do not equip them sufficiently to deal with sustainability challenges. That's why we developed a minor that provides students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and mindset to radically transform the world.

Through a 360° perspective on sustainability, each interactive lecture in the programme addresses a complex systemic issue from a different angle – from philosophy, psychology, ecology, business, design, politics, fashion, law or governance. Students work on a collaborative project that addresses a complex sustainability challenge. With feedback from teachers and peers in a supporting atmosphere, they will be guided through the steps of your learning journey, from framing the problem, collecting and analyzing data to designing a local intervention and communicating it to the broader public. At the same time, the minor creates space for deep reflection, emotional processing and empathy.
