What does the Rechtswinkel do?
Stichting Rechtswinkel Rotterdam offers free voluntary support to those who need it but have difficulty finding the resources, advises in disputes, thinks practically about difficult problems and explains solutions clearly. Social. Friendly. Professional. All based on the belief that legal services need not cost much. Therefore, no wages or other earnings are derived from the work of the legal clinic.
Support in the areas of:
- Labor law: for questions about employment, dismissal, working conditions, etc.
- Rent and housing law: for questions about rent disputes, housing enjoyment, neighbor law, etc.
- Consumer law: for questions about debts and remediation, disputes with companies, guarantees, etc.
- Law of persons, family and inheritance: for questions about alimony and access arrangements, divorce, inheritance and death law, etc.
- Legal aid: for questions about court proceedings, collection orders, bailiffs, etc.
If possible, support will also be provided in other areas of law as well.
