Biography
My research interests and experience is rooted within the fields of Gender and Development Studies and Feminist Urban Geography. My topics of interest are embodied experiences, gendered and intersectional mobilities and sustainable cities. I have also specialized in mobile feminist mapping methods to understand gendered and intersectional geographies of exclusion.
My Ph.D. research explores the embodied and intersectional mobilities experience of women and the reconfigurations they seek and make in the urban spaces through their daily trajectories to work by public transportation in Guadalajara, Mexico.
