Biography
Anne Nederveen Pieterse (anederveenpieterse@rsm.nl) is associate professor of organizational behavior at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has a Ph.D. from Rotterdam School of Management. Her research interests include leadership, self-management, team dynamics, goal orientation, team diversity, team information elaboration, and innovation.
