Sending Leopard 2 tanks to the Ukraine, or not. That was the dilemma. Germany was hesitant, fearing a further escalation, other member states, including Poland, wanted to go all the way. By now, Poland supplied the tanks to the Ukraine, after getting the green light from Germany. But why was Poland so keen on supplying those tanks? Cultural historian Iwona Gusc was interviewed on Radio1 in Belgium to explain.
