On Monday 31 August VSNU chairman Pieter Duisenberg presented the e-zine ‘Universities in times of corona’ to Ingrid Van Engelshoven, Minister of Education, Culture and Science. The e-zine contains a selection of corona-related research and initiatives of universities in The Netherlands.
Commitment of universities in times of corona
Students and scientists devote themselves in various ways to provide inventive solutions to the society. From health risk factors to privacy issues, from the psychological impact of a lockdown to the development of ventilation machines, universities are working on the impact of the corona virus across a broad range of fields. The e-zine bundles these initiatives and provides insights into more detailed information about the initiatives and studies that are being carried out in collaboration with different European and international companies and partners.
