This month, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, partner within the UNIC (European University of Cities in Post-Industrial Transition) alliance of 10 European universities, visited Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
We welcomed the Vice-Chancellor for Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Development, the Head of Administrative Department for HR and Legal Affairs and the Head of Administrative Department for Organisational and Professional Development.
The differences and similarities between the German and Dutch academic systems were exchanged related to topics about diversity and inclusion, internationalisation and Recognition & Rewards. It was yet again fruitful to strengthen ties and learn from each other in this way!
