On Friday 23 May 2014 Yun Dai will defend her PhD thesis entitled 'Efficiency in Corporate Takeovers’. Supervisor is Professor Han Smit (Erasmus School of Economics) and co-supervisor is Dr. Sebastian Gryglewicz (Erasmus School of Economics). Other members of the Doctoral Committee are Professor Enrico Pennings (Erasmus School of Economics), Professor Patrick Verwijmeren (Erasmus School of Economics) and Professor Espen Eckbo (Tuck School of Business - Dartmouth).
Time and location
The PhD defence will take place in the Senate Hall of Erasmus University Rotterdam (Campus Woudestein) and will start at 09.30 hrs.
