The Editorial Committee of the Journal of Applied Econometrics has honored Professor Emeritus Herman K. van Dijk by naming him Distinguished Author in recognition of the fact he has published the equivalent of three single-author articles. Prof Herman van Dijk is given a one-year free subscription to the Journal to mark the award.
