- Why this role, why this company? Learn how to create a personal connection to the position and the organization, showing that your values and ambitions align with their mission.
- How to showcase your strengths: Discover how to effectively link your specific knowledge, skills, and experience to the job requirements and the company’s context.
- Finding the right focus: Learn how to identify which skills and knowledge are most relevant to the role and how to emphasize them in your letter.
- The power of specificity: The more specific and personal your letter, the better. We’ll guide you in choosing concrete examples that highlight your unique value.
