Recently, many sectors have been suffering from worker shortages. Which factors cause these shortages, and what role is there for policy to alleviate these shortages? On Friday 11 April Erasmus School of Economics, organises a Policy Afternoon on this topic.
Keynote by Prof. Rafael Lalive (University of Lausanne)
Prof. Rafael Lalive will give a keynote on shortages in the labour market. The keynote will be followed by a round table discussion, where academic experts, policy makers, HR professionals and employee representatives will discuss which policy measures can help alleviate worker shortages in the labour market.
