What do gender and negotiation approach have to do with negotiation dynamics?

Tickets cost 15 Euro (to cover partial costs of Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode assessment; the rest of the costs is covered by ECWO).
In the interactive workshop Negotiation with Power and Impact for Women, given by ECWO, each participant will
- reflect on how her preferred approach may affect outcomes
- explore the implications of research on gender and negotiations
- learn strategies for using each approach effectively
Each participant will complete a Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode assessment in advance of the workshop and will practice adapting her negotiation style and approach in a mock negotiation case.
