In context of International Women's Day, Erasmus University Rotterdam is organizing the seminar What it takes on March 14. Sarina Wiegman takes us through her career and talks about leadership and her role as a pioneer in the world of soccer.
After Sarina's opening, we will engage in a conversation about inclusive leadership with three women who inspire Sarina Wiegman and who are featured in her book ‘What it takes’: Lieutenant General Elanor Boekholt-O'Sullivan (deputy DG Policy Ministry of Defense), Corinne Vigreux, co-founder TomTom and founder Codam, and Annelien Bredenoord, rector magnificus at EUR.
Next, Sarina, Elanor, Corinne and Annelien will engage in conversation with four students: La Vie Bouguenon, Esmée Lieuw On, Moos Schoemacher and Aleksa Zivlak. How do our future leaders see inclusive leadership, what do they consider important. How do we make our society more inclusive, what changes are already taking place, what barriers exist.
The seminar is moderated by Jeroen Visscher, co-author of the book ‘Sarina Wiegman - What it takes’.
