Francesco will share insights on co-creating a case manual using ChatGPT for a 4-week undergraduate course and its classroom implementation. Francesco Balocco is an assistant professor of Information Systems at the KIN Center for Digital Innovation, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He holds a PhD in Management Science from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research interests include information asymmetries in online auction settings, digital advertising, and the information economics of AI. Currently he is working on developing teaching support systems by using Generative AI.
