About Beyond Smart Cities Today Conference
Smart cities and communities is an important topic in the VCC program. The Beyond Smart Cities Today Conference is about critically discussing the concept "smart city": what are the proven (negative and positive) impacts of smart cities, which topics and aspects are underdeveloped in (research on) smart cities, and which theorization in this field do we need?
How can you join?
The call for contributions is now closed. If you want to attend (and not present at) the symposium, please explain why attending the event is important for your work. Attending the conference (including lunch and snacks, but excluding travel to/accommodation in Rotterdam) is free of charge for those who have either their abstract or presence approved by the conference organisers.
