One thing which sets Erasmus University College apart from other Liberal Arts and Sciences programmes in the Netherlands is the fact that we offer a separate department in the field of Economics and Business. In offering this extra department, we draw upon the resources of our parent university, Erasmus, which is highly ranked in both these fields of study.
Our relationship and exchange of resources with the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM ranked 3rd in Europe in the Financial Times rankings) as well as the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE), makes it possible for us to offer substantial courses of exceptional quality in these two academic fields, ultimately culminating in this stand-alone department in our Liberal Arts and Sciences Bachelor.
This close collaboration with RSM and ESE makes it possible for our students to follow-up their bachelor with an internationally recognized Masters at either RSM or ESE. With the right set of courses, our students are eligible for most Masters.
How has EUC helped me in realising my dreams? It has made me a broad thinker, today I’m a jack-of-all-trades. Sometimes you fear that this means you know nothing very well, but I think connecting dots is the one ability that makes me successful as an entrepreneur. I find it difficult to find the same in many grads I interview today.
