Organisational Dynamics in the Digital Society

Panel study ‘The quality of working life in the digital age’
Robotic Surgery - Organisational Dynamics in the Digital Society

What does this research entail?

Digitisation has led to radical changes in how organisations divide and allocate tasks, rewards and information. Moreover, currently 36% of the Dutch working population is self-employed or working on temporary contracts (WRR, 2020).

With our nation-wide panel study, we assess the impact of these major changes in new work arrangements quarterly on a societal (policy), organisational (management), and individual (quality of working life) level of both traditional (wage-earners) and new groups of workers (platform, micro, self-employed workers).
