Do you want to understand why social groups differ strongly on social issues? Do you want to learn why they think about democracy in different ways and make their voices heard in different ways? And do you want to investigate how democratic innovation can play a role in this? Then the Master's specialisation, Polarisation, Democracy and Society, is the study for you!
This specialisation teaches you how diverse social groups relate to each other and democracy and provides the insights needed to design effective forms of democratic renewal. As a result, you will learn to contribute to dealing with current political-social issues.
