Would you like to practice, but don't have access to a piano or room to play your instrument? Then this is a good way to continue playing without having to take music lessons.
For students and employees there are two options on campus Woudestein:
Pianoroom C2-29
The room located at Theil-Building, 2d floor next to the elevator, can be used from Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 20:45hrs. The practice room can also be used by other small/ hand held instruments, but is not available for band rehearsals.
Please note:
- Keep this room and the piano tidy
- Only use it up to one hour, so others have a chance to play here as well
- Not for commercial activities or private lessons
Public grand piano
You can also play the public grand piano at the Skybridge between the Erasmus and Tinbergen Building (Mon to Fri 7.30-19.30hrs, entrance via Erasmus Building).
Please note:
- Every Wednesday between 11.00 and 13.00hrs the Carillon will be played, so please don't practice on the piano
- Keep the piano and surroundings tidy
- Not for commercial activities or private lessons
